InspecVision are happy to announce the launch of their 3D Laser Line option.

At up to 1.5 metres long InspecVision's laser line measuring system is the largest laser line system in the world!
The line laser option allows users to measure the cross-section of forms, folded parts or simple molded or machined parts in around 1 second.
Then, in much the same way the 2D Planar system handles 2D shapes, the 3D Laser Line can compare the 3D measurements of the cross-section to a DXF file for inspection, or reverse engineer the parts forms or fold angles etc.

Infact in less than 5 minutes and with little training the Planar machine can be used to confirm the entire 3D shape of a folded part. Please see our 3 step process for further details.


Furthermore, as standard most Planar machine are fitted with a Laser Dot. The Laser Dot takes a single measurement of the parts thickness.
