Industrial Metrology Machines
Your innovative partner for industrial metrology solutions
Discover high-precision industrial metrology machines for quality control and inspection. Increase efficiency and accuracy in your manufacturing process.
We specialise in the design and manufacturing of measurement systems for industrial applications that utilise computer vision-based technology, with roots that originated in the sheet metal industry.
Our 2D and 3D non-contact optical metrology machines use the latest camera technology for automatic quality inspection and reverse engineering of components for industries such as aerospace, automotive and electronics.
Manufacturing requires a precise, traceable method of quality control. That’s why our machine vision technology provides an infrastructure for manufacturers to be more confident in the accuracy of measurements.
Our products enable manufacturers to radically improve their quality control processes while saving time and labour costs, removing human error, reducing waste and ensuring finished products conform to specifications and quality standards.
Our precision metrology equipment captures large quantities of measurement data at high speed without touching the part, enabling faster rates of inspection, digitised reporting and continuous quality control at all stages of production.
Streamline Your Quality Control Process
Transform your inspection procedures with our industrial metrology machines

Remove Bottlenecks
Manufacturers invest heavily in high-tech production machinery to increase capacity and improve efficiency.
A common issue is that production machines such as laser cutters can produce parts much faster than they can be inspected. Traditional inspection systems require a skilled operator to program them and can take hours to fully inspect a part. InspecVision’s Planar 2D can take up to 40 million measurements in 0.1 seconds. It enables operators to import a CAD file, fully inspect the part and generate a report in minutes removing the bottleneck caused by inspection in the production line.

Quality Assurance:
One of the most common problems faced by manufacturers using manual methods of inspection such as verniers, gauges and visual aids, is that the measurements are often inconsistent and inaccurate. Inspecting parts this way is a time-consuming process which is open to human error.
InspecVision’s automated metrology machines provide manufacturers with a quick and easy way to prove the parts they make meet their customer’s specifications. Parts which they were previously not capable of inspecting can be checked. Measuring accuracy increases significantly with options up to +/- 12 µm to choose from.

Operator Efficiency
Our optical metrology systems offer numerous advantages over other equipment on the market, including speed, ease of use, and low maintenance.
Production operators can be quickly trained to use the machines, eliminating the need to wait for skilled QA staff for inspection. Missing or extra holes are identified, providing comprehensive measurements of the entire part unlike a CMM arm. Our solid-state scanner technology requires minimal maintenance as it has no moving parts. Additionally, our machines can be remotely supported anywhere in the world.
Industries
Discover our range of innovative industrial metrology machines

The aerospace industry uses an extensive range of components and assemblies that demand meticulous precision in manufacturing. Safety, regulatory requirements and faster production cycles all have a role to play in aerospace metrology.
Achieving this level of quality control can be problematic for aircraft manufacturers. OEMs and sub-contractors in the aerospace industry must implement comprehensive production traceability measures. Quality control reports at different stages of the manufacturing process are demanded.

The automotive industry is built on precision, safety, and efficiency. As vehicles become increasingly complex and customers demand higher quality, manufacturers must ensure every component meets strict tolerances and specifications.
Automotive metrology encompasses a wide range of requirements due to parts being produced in various locations. From product development to mass production, an extensive array of components and assemblies require high accuracy to function safely and efficiently.

In the medical device and healthcare sectors, precision is not optional, it’s a matter of safety, compliance and performance.
From implants and surgical instruments to diagnostic equipment and disposable devices, accurate measurement and quality control are critical at every stage of the medical manufacturing process.

In today's fast-paced packaging industry, where product integrity, sustainability, and brand reputation are on the line, ensuring precise measurements and defect-free packaging is more important than ever. Metrology, the science of measurement, plays a pivotal role in packaging quality control, helping manufacturers maintain consistency, meet compliance standards, and optimize production efficiency.
At InspecVision, we provide cutting-edge metrology systems that empower packaging companies to achieve unrivalled inspection accuracy, reduce waste, and drive profitability.

In the highly competitive plastics industry, where dimensional accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity are critical, metrology is fundamental to quality assurance and process optimization.
From injection-moulded components to thermoformed products, plastics manufacturers rely on advanced metrology systems to ensure product conformity, minimize defects, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Sheet metal fabrication is the process of forming metal sheets to the desired shape. It usually comprises multiple steps - through cutting and bending to surface treatment and assembling, serving various industries from prototypes to mass production.
In today’s competitive landscape, accuracy, efficiency, and quality are crucial. Precision inspection ensures parts meet design specs and industry standards.
InspecVision specializes in sheet metal inspection, addressing the industry's unique needs.
