InspecVision is delighted to announce that it has been officially presented with The King’s Award for Enterprise in the category of International Trade — the highest honour any UK business can receive.
The presentation was made by the Lord Lieutenant of County Antrim, Mr. David McCorkell, on behalf of His Majesty King Charles III, during a special reception hosted by the Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, Councillor Leah Kirkpatrick, at Theatre at the Mill.
This follows the announcement earlier this year that InspecVision, had been selected as one of only two Northern Irish recipients of the prestigious 2025 King’s Award for Enterprise. Managing Director, Dr. Jan Antonis, had the honour of attending a royal reception at Windsor Castle in June, where he was received by His Majesty King Charles III alongside other award winners.
Recognition for Global Growth and Innovation
The award recognises InspecVision’s outstanding performance in international trade, having achieved overseas sales growth of 126% over the last three years, with exports now accounting for 96% of total business.

Celebrating the Team Behind the Success
Accepting the award, Dr. Jan Antonis, Managing Director of InspecVision, said:
“We are incredibly proud of what our team has achieved. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, innovation and dedication of every team member, and to the continued trust of our international customers and partners. We would also like to thank Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and the Lord Lieutenant of County Antrim for their support throughout our King’s Award journey.”
Presenting the award, Lord Lieutenant Mr. David McCorkell KStJ said:
“It gives me enormous pleasure to present the King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade to InspecVision Ltd. This prestigious award celebrates the outstanding achievements of UK businesses, and it is particularly special to have a winner from within the Borough of Antrim and Newtownabbey.”
Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Leah Kirkpatrick, added:
“We are incredibly proud to see a business from our Borough achieving this level of recognition on the world stage. InspecVision’s success is a true reflection of Northern Ireland’s innovation, technical excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.”
Continuing to Advance Precision Engineering Worldwide
This marks the second time InspecVision has received royal recognition, having previously been awarded The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2021.
As InspecVision continues to expand its global reach, this latest award reaffirms its commitment to advancing precision measurement and inspection technology — and to supporting manufacturers around the world in achieving exceptional quality and productivity.
