InspecVision Wins 2025 King’s Award for International Trade

We are proud to announce that InspecVision has been awarded the 2025 King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade—the highest official UK recognition for business excellence.

This prestigious award celebrates our outstanding export performance, with overseas sales growing by 126% over the last three years. Today, 96% of our products are exported, reaching customers in more than 40 countries, including major markets such as the United States, China, and Europe.

InspecVision is one of only 197 organisations across the UK—and just two in Northern Ireland—to receive this distinguished accolade in 2025.

A Global Vision from Day One

Since our founding, international growth has been at the core of our mission. Speaking on the achievement, Dr. Jan Antonis, InspecVision Founder and Managing Director, said:

“It’s a tremendous honour to be awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade. Overseas growth has been at the heart of our organisation since we began, and this award recognises the dedication and resilience of our team and our worldwide distribution partners in delivering innovative solutions to manufacturers around the world.”

This recognition follows our previous win of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2021 and comes at a pivotal moment as we enter an exciting new phase under the ownership of SDI Group plc, with our original management team continuing to lead the business forward.

Community and Industry Praise

The achievement has been celebrated across the region and the business community:

Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Neil Kelly, commented:

“This recognition is a testament to their innovation, expertise, and the high standards they uphold in advanced technology. The Council are proud to have supported their application and are delighted to see their hard work and impact acknowledged at the highest level with this prestigious award.”

Roger Pollen, Head of the Federation of Small Businesses in Northern Ireland, also praised the company:

“Their success is a shining example of the innovation, resilience and determination that small businesses bring to our economy every day. Being celebrated through the achievement of the King’s Award is a prestigious and fitting recognition of their continued pursuit of business excellence.”

About the King’s Awards

Formerly known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, the programme was renamed in 2023 in honour of His Majesty The King’s wish to continue the legacy of Queen Elizabeth II. Now in its 59th year, the King’s Awards remain the UK’s most prestigious business awards, with winners entitled to use the King’s Awards Emblem for five years.

We are truly honoured to be recognised and remain committed to delivering excellence, innovation, and growth on a global scale.

Applications for the 2026 King’s Awards for Enterprise open on 6th May 2025.
